Cancellation & Returns

1. Order Cancellation

1.1. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they haven't been shipped.

1.2. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team with your order number.

1.3. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled but can be returned as per our return policy.

2. Return Policy

2.1. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

2.2. Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

2.3. Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable' cannot be returned.

3. Return Process

3.1. Log into your account and visit the Orders section to initiate a return.

3.2. Select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred return method.

3.3. Print the return shipping label (if provided) and securely package your items.

4. Refund Information

4.1. Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after receiving your return.

4.2. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.3. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

5.1. Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value.

5.2. If exchanging for a higher-priced item, you will need to pay the difference.

5.3. Exchanges must be initiated within the same 30-day return window.
